C omplete tear down and ins pection of all components including end-bells, motor shaft, capacitor , etc. B low out debri s H i-pot at 1500 volts and re-insulate stator with Class "F". M otors that do not pass the hi-pot test are scrapped. All motor components are ground down with an open wire brush and insulated/painted inside and out. Bearings are replaced with ABEC rated components. Terminal board is inspected and cleaned. Test motor for proper amp draw and efficiency. All seals and gaskets are replaced.

Main seal is genuine US Seal brand. N ew lid is installed. T his is our 30th year of business and o ur process is laborious and consistent.
